This course is suitable for certified Occupational First Aiders who wish to keep up with developments in First aid and refresh skills, particularly in relation to injuries that would be likely to occur at their workplace. Completing a 2-day refresher course such as this every 2 years will update the participant for a further two years and re-certify them as First Aid Responders.

Aim: This First Aid Responder (FAR) Refresher training courses aims to renew and update participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide basic First Aid in the workplace
Delivery: The FAR Refresher training course is delivered by a Health & Safety Authority (HSA) approved tutor using power-point presentations and discussions, videos and hands-on practical learning.
What award do I receive? After successful completion of the FAR refresher training each learner will receive a certificate which is Health & Safety Authority (HSA) approved
Course Duration: The FAR refresher course is delivered over 2 days from 9.30am-4.30pm each day.
Entry Requirements: Good command of the English language with a proficient level of literacy, wear comfortable clothing.

After successful completion of the FAR Refresher training course, each participant will receive a First Aid Response Certificate, which is valid for 2 years from date of issue
