This 3-hour workshop gives attendees an introduction to Smart Phones and tablets, Apps, Wi-Fi, Battery Life, Internet Connections and Options, Operating Systems and settings, and gives each participant a chance to get to know their device and all its features
Dates: Summer 2024
Aim: The Smartphone & Tablet Workshop aims to help familiarise people using their own Tablets/ Smart mobile phones with guidance on how to use functions and features more efficiently.
Delivery: The smartphone & tablets workshop is delivered by an Irish Computer Society (ICS) approved tutor. The class is structured with the use of a power-point presentation and each participant will have hands-on computer practice.
What award do I receive? At the end of the smart Phone & Tablet Workshop each learner will receive a certificate of attendance from Castleblayney Community Enterprise.
Course Duration: The smartphone & Tablets Workshop is run over 1 x morning from 10am-1pm (3 hours).
Entry Requirements: Good command of the English language
